Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about using the Autowealth platform.

General Questions

What is Autowealth?

Autowealth is a white-label end-to-end trading service platform that enables community admins to offer fully branded trading services to their users. We partner with established trading providers via API integration and act as the intermediary layer—managing onboarding, payments, invoicing, referrals, and dashboards—while the actual trade execution remains with our provider partners.

How does Autowealth work?

Autowealth connects trading providers with communities through an automated platform. Traders connect their exchange accounts via API keys, allowing for automated trading without transferring funds. The system handles trade execution, invoicing based on profits, and payment processing with transparent commission structures.

Which exchanges are supported?

We currently support futures trading on Binance, Bybit, OKX, and KuCoin. We're continuously working to add more exchanges and expand to spot trading across all supported exchanges.

How secure is Autowealth?

Security is our top priority. We use a self-custody model where your funds remain in your exchange account. API keys are configured with specific permissions that do not allow withdrawals, ensuring your assets remain under your control. All communications are encrypted, and we follow industry best practices for data security.

For Community Admins

Can I white-label the platform for my community?

Yes! Autowealth is designed as a white-label solution that can be fully branded for your community. You can customize the appearance, configure fee structures, trading parameters, and other settings through the Admin Dashboard.

How does the commission structure work?

Each trading provider enforces a minimum commission on trades (typically 50% of profits). Community admins can configure additional commission layers via the Admin Dashboard. For example, with AIWP as a provider, they charge 50% of total trading profits, with 5% allocated to the community by default. Admins can then distribute a portion of this to referral rewards if desired.

How does the referral system work?

Community admins can enable the referral system, allowing traders to generate unique referral links via Telegram Bot. When new traders sign up through these links and generate profits, the referrer earns a percentage of the community's commission share, which you configure in the Admin Dashboard.

What features does the Admin Dashboard offer?

The Admin Dashboard provides comprehensive tools for subscription management, solution parameter configuration (exchange selection, trading parameters, fee structures), trader management (approve/reject onboarding requests), and payments & commissions tracking (view pending invoices, payment statuses).

For Traders

Does Autowealth have access to my trading funds?

No. We use a self-custody model where your funds remain in your exchange account. Trades are executed via API keys with specific permissions that do not allow withdrawals, ensuring your assets remain under your control at all times.

How do I join a trading community on Autowealth?

You'll need an invitation from a community admin or an existing member's referral link. Once you have this, you'll interact with the Telegram Bot for onboarding, which will guide you through connecting your exchange account via API keys and creating your invoice wallet for billing purposes.

How do payments work?

When you onboard, the system generates a unique invoice-only wallet address for tracking and billing. You'll receive invoices via Telegram Bot based on your trading profits and can pay to your unique wallet address. The system tracks payments and automatically updates your status once payment is confirmed.

What API permissions does Autowealth require?

Autowealth requires trading permissions but explicitly does NOT require withdrawal permissions. We only need access to execute trades on your behalf, not to move your funds. The specific permissions required may vary slightly by exchange, but the Telegram Bot will guide you through setting up the correct permissions during onboarding.

Technical Questions

What are invoice wallets?

Invoice wallets are non-custodial wallets generated during onboarding purely to track and display billing details. These wallets don't hold or move trading funds—they exist so traders and community admins can clearly see outstanding invoices and payment flow in the Admin Dashboard.

How does funds settlement work?

All collected on-chain payments are visible in the community invoice wallet. When an admin or Autowealth triggers settlement in the Admin Dashboard, funds are swept from the community invoice wallet to configured external wallets based on predefined percentages.

Can I integrate Autowealth with my existing systems?

Yes, we offer API integration options for advanced users. Our API allows you to programmatically access trading data, user management, and payment information. Contact our support team for API documentation and integration assistance.

What support options are available?

We offer multiple support channels, including email support, Telegram support, and detailed documentation. Community admins also have access to dedicated account managers for personalized assistance. For technical issues, we provide priority support to ensure minimal disruption to your trading operations.
